Sarah has acted as a panellist, chaired conferences and facilitated a strategy day for a major financial company.

She is known as something of an expert on property issues and has chaired the Association of Residential Managing Agents' conference for five of the eleven years that the event has run.

For the last two years, Arma's conference has taken place at the prestigious QE2 conference centre in London with over 500 delegates attending each event.

Sarah has a relaxed and friendly style with delegates, but is confident introducing high profile speakers and - importantly - is adept at making sure conferences run to time.

Sarah has also been commissioned by a major household name in financial services to facilitate an executive strategy session on women's financial needs.

The Chief Executive said: "Sarah's experience and research gave us an extremely valuable insight into the financial needs of women and helped us to identify new ways to give our customers better service. Her expert and independent view made us take a fresh look at what women want from financial services and has kick-started our plans and actions in this area."

Sarah's expertise in property matters led to her chairing a question and answer session at the Local Land Charges Institute annual conference (2006), looking at the impact of the introduction of home information packs on the property search market. She also chaired a breakfast fringe meeting at the Liberal Democrats' 2006 conference, organised by Citizens Advice, where the theme of the discussion was 'Over-Indebted Britain'.
